| Who We Are
The Virginia Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons Education Fund is a charitable, non-profit (IRS 501-C-3; EID 46-3758396) foundation supporting professional development and continuing medical education of members of the Virginia Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. This year’s meeting will be at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel, 3001 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23451. Our educational meetings average 50 to 70 ophthalmologists in attendance. For the beach fun vibe, casual attire and tropical shirts are encouraged.

Trade Show opportunities |
At the scientific meeting, we will be hosting a trade show for vendors to display and share their products with our attendees. In accordance with the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), this trade show will be in a room separate from the educational program. To sign up for a booth, please register on the annual meeting event page on the VSEPS website. There will be vendor options for you to select. For questions or concerns, please contact VSEPS.
Exhibitor is responsible for accessing and purchasing electricity, audio-visual rentals, and shipping services. Please contact Emily Cruz, Event Manager, Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront (757-544-4368) for questions/details. If you plan to ship packages directly to the hotel, you must fill out and submit the Hilton’s Shipping & Receiving Form to Emily Cruz.

Lodging: Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel, 3001 Atlantic Ave, VA Beach, VA 23451 A limited number of sleeping rooms available at exclusive group rate, available until Monday, May 25:
The group rate is available 3 days prior and post event, depending on availability. Check-in 4 pm; Check-out 11 am; Guest rooms, INCLUDING the balconies, are 100% Non-Smoking. The hotel will charge an early departure fee. Cancellations not received at least 5 days prior to event or no-show fees will be charged one night's room & taxes/fees. |

Beach casual; Tropical shirts encouraged. Wear layers, bring a sweater – meeting rooms are usually cold. |
Parking
- Hotel onsite valet park ($40), with in/out privileges, on first come basis.
- Self-parking $25 per day
- EV charging nearby, 2.50 miles.
- Parking is also available at Virginia Beach municipal parking lots.

Public Transit
VB Wave Trolley (Route 30/Atlantic Ave Trolley) runs every 15 min daily, 8am to 2am

Serve Oceanfront resort area from Rudee Loop to 42nd Street, connecting visitors to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
