This example below is a slide show -- maybe a possibility? Use wrench to get to settings --can adjust playback -- specify amount of time on each slide; if slides should be displayed randomly. Maybe also the size of the slides.
This was done as a slider. Not sure what would work better. Seems like the slider might work better, but would need to play around with sizing, animation, timing, etc.
